The new season of dinners at Veladora cantina opens with Ricardo Arellano, chef of Ticuchi – an Oaxaca cuisine restaurant in Mexico City.
Ticuchi is a project of a renowned brand chef Enrique Olvera with focus on Oaxaca recipes and spices for cooking vegetables and seafood, leaving out all meat options. Ricardo aced his passion for cooking at Criollo restaurant in Oaxaca.
